We have established successful relationships with most area hospitals, both inside and outside of the Detroit Medical Center (DMC). We service thousands of patients throughout the various healthcare organizations. We work in close conjunction with most area HMOs and insurance companies, as well as the Medicare and Medicaid programs. Our approach to quality is ongoing, and we are committed to being the best in the industry in returning people to the most whole, most functional lives they are capable of after our care. Affiliated Home Health Care provides high-quality, comprehensive health care services through a coordinated plan of treatment by providing positive channels of communication with the patient's physician. Affiliated Home Health Care personnel have been carefully selected to meet the special qualifications of the home health care industry. All of our professional staff are licensed and/or certified by the State of Michigan.
